Character
Own the truth. Build discipline. Become someone others can trust.
The H.I.R.E. Pilot Initiative
This is the proof plan—not the full meaning of H.I.R.E. The pilot translates Honesty, Integrity, Respect, and Equality into a measurable 90-day Builder Cohort combining life skills, trade exposure, mentoring, service, and a real next-step pathway.
02 / The first proof
The first cohort is designed to test whether the four-pillar philosophy can create observable momentum, useful capability, and a measurable next step.
Days 1–30
Set the personal standard. Build routines around ownership, discipline, trust, and the four H.I.R.E. values.
Days 31–60
Apply the standard through practical life skills, trade exposure, entrepreneurship, mentoring, and service.
Days 61–90
Turn proof of character and capability into a next step: training, work, apprenticeship, mentorship, or leadership.
What gets measured
03 / Who it serves
A stable foundation and a legitimate path forward.
Craft, discipline, mentorship, and earned opportunity.
A practical way to help develop people they can trust.
A structure for passing down what experience has taught.
04 / Before launch
The pilot does not begin because the story is compelling. It begins only when the people, protections, partners, and operating structure are ready.
Legal review, board completion, insurance, participant safeguards, and an accountable funding vehicle.
A qualified pilot director, mentors, curriculum review, and clear participant expectations.
Employer and trade partners, safety planning, hands-on exposure, tools, and next-step connections.
A service project, participant pipeline, consented evidence, results scorecard, and public report.
05 / The ask
The first ask is not endorsement or money. It is a hard, practical question: what must H.I.R.E. build, document, and prove in 90 days to earn serious attention?
